I am a 19 year old Michigan native and received a MIP for drinking in a state park by a DNR officer. This is my first ticket of any kind.I blew a .109 BAC. I want to know what I should expect going to court. I intend on pleading guilty, unless anyone has good reason why I shouldn't. However I live in Westland and attend college at U of M Ann Arbor. School is about to start soon, I was also wondering if i get assigned AA classes or whatever do i have to serve them in the city where i got the ticket, or could I do it in Ann Arbor? How much in fines am I looking at? I would imagine I would have to do an alcohol test, and is that the same as a drug test? I do smoke weed occasionally and wonder if there will be consequences for that or not. We were all very compliant with the officer, no one ran or made a fool of themselves.
