Resolved Question: How and Should I report selling alcohol to minors?

I live in Westland Michigan. Theres an Irish pub here and I noticed lately for the past few nights that they have been letting the same group of minors in and selling them alcohol. Now I generally wouldnt bother with it to much but I also noticed that these same minors are driving from the pub drunk! Its happened a few nights and Im sure it will happen again, like say this week. I cant stand drunk driving and who knows what kind of mess this could cause. My question is, should I report it?
